Dave Wilson has lived on Five Mile Prairie since 1980.

Dave started Five Mile Realty because he saw a need to help people interested in buying a home on the Prairie – it’s a great place to live. Before becoming a Real Estate Broker, Dave started and ran Interface Computer School for 30 years.

Dave has owned several homes, rental property, vacation property, and commercial buildings; he has a wealth of practical experience regarding real estate that he can share with his clients.”

Larry Martin has called Five Mile Prairie home for the past 28 years.

He and his wife raised their four children on the prairie and all went through K-12 in the Mead school system. Larry has an extensive business background having served in senior leadership positions in the airline industry, telecommunications industry and the gaming business.

Larry has owned houses in seven different states. He is eager to bring his experience in both new home construction as well as existing home sales to the Spokane market.
